Biography

If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected—from yourself, your relationships, or your sense of direction—you’re not alone. I’ve spent over 20 years helping people move through pain, confusion, and overwhelm into a place of greater clarity, confidence, and connection. Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, family conflict, trauma, or simply trying to make sense of where you are in life, I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space to support your healing and growth.

My work is trauma-informed, strength-based, and emotionally attuned. Clients often come to me when they’re burned out, caught in unhelpful patterns, or facing major life transitions. Together, we explore the deeper stories and relational dynamics that shape your experience—and develop new ways of showing up that feel more empowered and true to who you are.

Over the years, I’ve supported individuals and families in a wide range of settings, including mental health facilities, hospitals, and crisis response teams. I’ve helped people through everything from anxiety and emotional shutdown to parenting challenges, identity struggles, and relationship repair. I also work with couples to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and reconnect in meaningful ways.
