What this covers

How we handle personal information collected through our website and when you contact or book with us. It doesn’t cover the confidentiality of your counselling itself — that’s protected separately, under our professional obligations and the consent agreement you complete with your counsellor.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, and anything you share when you use our contact form, email us, book a consultation (through JaneApp), or apply to join our team. And standard technical information collected automatically when you visit, including through cookies.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and provide our services, match you with the right counsellor, consider applications, improve the site, and meet our legal and professional obligations. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the practice and the website — JaneApp for booking, and our hosting, email, and analytics providers — who may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it, or as our professional obligations require, then dispose of it securely. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website is completely secure — so please share sensitive or health details with your counsellor directly rather than through the contact form.

Youth

Where we collect information about a minor, we do so with a parent or guardian’s involvement as appropriate.

Your Rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent, subject to legal and professional limits. Contact us any time at kerry@kerrymoller.com.
