Services
Support for life’s challenges.
We have deep specialization in a wide range of areas, always with a focus on moving forward and creating positive outcomes.
Individuals
Individual counselling offers a supportive and confidential space to explore what’s going on in your life at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or a challenging relationship with your body and/or food, therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself and move toward meaningful change.
Our approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Depending on what may be most helpful, we use CBT, EMDR, DBT, EFT, Mindfulness and other approaches to best meet your therapeutic goals. Together, we focus on gaining insight, building emotional resilience, and developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and clear in your daily life.
Couples
Couples counselling offers a supportive space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and work through challenges in your relationship. Whether you’re feeling stuck in repetitive patterns, navigating conflict, or wanting to deepen your bond, increase emotional and physical intimacy, therapy can help you better understand both yourself and your partner.
Couples therapy can support more meaningful connection by helping you:
- Communicate in ways that allow both partners to feel heard and understood
- Repair and rebuild trust where it has been damaged
- Reignite passion and sexual intimacy
- Mindfully and respectfully navigate the process of separation and/or divorce when needed
- Strengthen your bond and function more effectively as a team
- Develop healthier communication patterns that extend beyond your romantic relationship, including with parents, friends, and children
