Biography
If you or your loved one is struggling with an eating disorder, you’re not alone—and healing is possible. I specialize in supporting children, teens, adults, and families through the complex and often painful journey of recovery from disordered eating. With over 20 years of experience in hospital, outpatient, and community settings, I’ve helped many clients regain a sense of peace with food, their bodies, and themselves.
My work is grounded in compassion and clinical expertise. I’ve played a key role in the recovery of individuals at BC Children’s Hospital and the University of Alberta Eating Disorders Programs. I understand how eating disorders affect not just the individual, but the entire family system. Whether you’re navigating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, or emotional eating, I offer evidence-informed care and family-based strategies to support real, lasting change.
In addition to eating disorders, I also help clients work through related concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and overwhelming emotions. Many people I work with feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism, avoidance, or emotional distress. Together, we build the tools needed to move toward calm, confidence, and connection.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your child, or as a family, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can begin. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
