Biography
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and developmental challenges. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum experiences, and the intergenerational impacts of trauma. I also provide compassionate care through major life transitions, including chronic or acute illness, separation and divorce, and end-of-life concerns.
I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore emotional challenges, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re coping with grief, navigating a life transition, or seeking to understand long-standing patterns, my approach is centered on helping you build resilience, self-awareness, and the tools you need to live a more empowered, balanced life.
I support families navigating complex transitions—such as separation, illness, or loss—by helping you strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and foster healing. I work closely with parents and caregivers to develop practical strategies that support children and adolescents through behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges, always with a focus on creating a safe and collaborative family environment.
With younger clients, I draw on developmentally appropriate approaches, including play therapy, expressive arts, and narrative therapy. These methods help children and teens express themselves, process their emotions, and build the skills they need to grow with confidence and emotional resilience.
Clients often describe my approach as warm, attuned, and deeply empowering. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back, identify your strengths, and work toward lasting, meaningful change.
I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to see how we can work together. Healing and transformation are possible, and I’m here to support you on that journey.
