Biography

With over a decade of experience, I support individuals navigating trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, parenting, and gender and sexuality concerns.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. I consider how personal history, cultural identity, societal influences, and intergenerational dynamics shape the way we experience and respond to the world. I am especially attuned to the impact of power, inequality, discrimination, and trauma—including experiences of war, immigration, and marginalization—on mental health and well-being.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. It is within a safe and trusting connection that we can hold pain with care, make space for insight, and begin to shift longstanding patterns.

I offer therapy in both English and Hebrew, in person and online. Whether you are seeking to process painful experiences, make meaningful change, or reconnect with yourself and others, I’m here to support your journey.
